Radar Property Management Inc. has been in business since 2001.  We are based in St. Catharines and specialize in Tenant Recruitment, Property Management and Property Investment Consulting in the Niagara Region.

Mike Wyers

President, Sales & Operations

Prior to starting Radar Property Management in 2001, I worked for two companies totaling over 15 years.  Both were start-up companies when I began with them and I was responsible for implementing departments that were both unique and profitable. I created systems for interviewing, hiring and training sales staff that included sales manuals and an audition process for hiring a profitable sales force. I also became a strong manager, often traveling to set up operations throughout the world that functioned autonomously. I developed a high emotional IQ using empathy, compassion and common sense to make business decisions.  People are the number one resource in any business – including Property Management.

I consider myself to be intelligent, sensitive, aware, caring, compassionate, passionate, empathetic, persistent, versatile, creative, funny and resilient.  I love to think outside the property.

I officially joined Radar Property Management Inc. in January of 2007 having watched and cheered from the sidelines as the company grew from its own investments into managing properties for others who saw the vision and wanted a piece of it for themselves.  You can not bottle the passion and commitment that Radar Property Management Inc . has in the field of human connectivity – the basis of our company and the reason for its success.

I attended Brock University and obtained a degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies.  In my career, I have always worked with people.  I was a Concierge at the Four Seasons Hotel and several other properties in Toronto for a total of nine years and catered to every character type and personality.  When my family relocated to the Niagara Region in 2003, I managed two of the most beautiful spas in Canada, both in Niagara-on-the-Lake.  I have managed a staff of 8 up to 88 and learned how to “read” people and get the results needed through sheer human resource.  And having dealt directly with guests and clients, I am adept at problem solving, quick thinking and efficient.  As a manager, my greatest strengths have become project management, budget controls, time management and communication.

Lorraine Oakley

Manager of Accounts & Administration

Direct from Scotland, Lorraine brings a wealth of experience in managing numerous accounts at once.  Her greatest strength is her sensibility and organization.  Collecting rents, processing work orders, producing owner statements and directing traffic are just a few of her many talents.  Lorraine joined Radar Property Management Inc in the spring of 2012 and has brought about a calm, efficient, accurate and welcoming atmosphere to our office.  She is an asset beyond words and is truly valued by all our tenants, owners and especially by her colleagues.

Radar Property Management Inc. will not use or share any personal information provided through the web site or otherwise except with the consent of the individual to whom the information relates or as otherwise authorized by the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.  By completing and signing our Rental Application, you are giving express consent to check references and credit deemed necessary by our company.  Your approval or denial of rental unit will be shared through a regulated credit check company as required.

We do not use the personal information to create individual profiles nor do we combine the information that you provide with information from other electronic sources to create new databases. Our practices have been designed to comply with the privacy provisions of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
